Our Role
Quite simply….We will source and capture leading producers specific to your qualifications and requirements: Executive, Sales Professionals, Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Administration and Accounting.
No Cost
There is absolutely no cost to you when you place a search assignment with our organization. Once you have selected and confirmed employment with your new employee, then and only then will you receive our invoice on the start date of your new employee.
Our Guarantee
Our placement fee is 15% of your employee's first year salary for all positions with a guaranteed period of three months. Should your new employee not complete the guarantee period, we will provide one replacement candidate free of charge. If we are unsuccessful in replacing your employee, we will refund your invoice. Your invoice must be paid within 30 days in order for your guarantee to be valid.
Guarantee Extension
It should be noted that our standard guarantee period of three months may be extended to meet your specific needs, as you may require more than three months to effectively assess your new employee.
Our Commitment
We understand that as a stakeholder of your organization, your time is very important. To this end, we will not present any candidate that does not meet the job description and/or position requirements. You will not receive resumes or telephone calls regarding candidates that do not warrant your time just for the sake of sending candidates. This is our commitment to you and to the integrity of being a selected vendor.
