➢ We will meet with the candidates immediately after termination to answer any questions or concerns. Our goal is to quickly get the candidate focusing on their transition plan.
➢ We will describe to the candidate the tools and techniques we will be using to speed their transition
➢ Immediately prepare their career transition
➢ Provide tools that will assist with identifying transferable skills
➢ Create an inventory of competencies and accomplishments
➢ Create their resume and cover letter to prepare for their employment search
➢ Assist with creating a video resume
➢ Marketing Plan – We will specify target companies, networking contacts, recruiters, agencies, full time positions, contract assignments, job boards and our own network of fortune 500 companies
➢ Practice and prepare candidate with interviewing and communication skills
➢ Suggest and schedule training or skills improvement where required
➢ Stay in contact with the candidate to keep them focused and on track

What can the Employer expect?
➢ We will be on your site during the termination at the appropriate time and location as determined by the employer
➢ Gather candidate’s profile from the employer prior to termination
➢ Document contact information for the candidate
➢ Prepare a career transition plan
➢ Assist with removing candidate from the premises in an orderly manner as to not disrupt or cause concerns to other employees
➢ Assist candidate with transportation or other required assistance
➢ Provide employer with follow up information about the candidate if required

What is the cost of Outplacement services to the employer?
➢ The cost of Outplacement Services to the employer is on an hourly basis
➢ Our fee is $125.00 per hour
